To not give so many around the bush, here are nine points and conveyors government agreed for further discussion and agreement during the course of the following months:
1. The draft decree dated 17 January and 11 February 2011 are removed and replaced with the new draft decree arising from the table of dialogue and consultation, which will run until June 15 this year. 4. Under the Andean National Government undertakes to implement the control of the coastal foreign cargo vehicle, applying existing regulations and standards consistent Andes.
5. Be promoted through the Foreign Ministry of Colombia, the operation of Binational commissions that are intended to regulating the transport of heavy loads at international level with representatives from the transport chain to this sector, and representatives of the Oil sector.
6. In the round table be dealt with as regards the fuel policy Diesel.
7. In the round table will also be addressed regarding the model of replacing the fleet to provide permanence, sustainability and democratization of the owners.
8. The Government is committed to immediately implementing the prescription of the subpoenas under the law. The Ministry of Transport, as the authority governing the transport and transit in the National Order, agrees to regulate prescribing conditions for the transit trade of subpoenas in accordance with the provisions of the law.
