Last Friday the Department of Territorial Policy and Public Works of the Generlitat of Catalonia approved a help EUR 9.9 million for the rehabilitation of 36 housing estates in Catalonia.

The truth is, in my opinion, is bad news, as there is nothing else than the recognition of a fait accompli for some housing estates often built illegally and with a landscape impact high, and a disservice towards compact urban areas and multifunctional.
