As announced in the previous post, yesterday presented the Territorial Yearbook 2008-2009 prepared by the Catalan Society of Territori Ordenació (SCOT), a subsidiary of the Institut d ' Territorials Studies.

The first surprise was the non-delivery of Anuari attendees, unlike what happened in previous years.
